What is DisConnect?
DisConnect is a membership that helps people spend less time on their phones and more time living. It combines an iPhone app with a physical card that makes starting a focus session effortless.
How does it work?
Simply tap your DisConnect Card against your phone to start a session. During that session, the distracting apps you've selected become unavailable. Hold the card to your phone again whenever you're ready to end the session.

Why do I need a physical card?

Using The App
Which phones are supported?
Currently, DisConnect is available on iPhone (iOS).
Which apps can I block?
You choose exactly which apps you want to block. Whether it's social media, games, shopping, or news, you're in complete control.
Can I still receive phone calls or texts?
Yes. You decide what stays available. DisConnect is designed to reduce distractions—not disconnect you from important people.
Can I end a session early?
Yes. Simply hold your card against your phone to end the session whenever you choose.
Can I schedule focus sessions?
Yes. You can create recurring schedules so focus sessions start automatically during work, school, or other times you want fewer distractions.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Your focus sessions continue even without an internet connection.

Every focus session earns progress toward rewards. As you reclaim more time, you'll unlock discounts, experiences, exclusive offers, and special member benefits.

Does DisConnect track everything I do on my phone?

Your personal phone usage stays on your device. DisConnect is designed to help you build healthier habits—not monitor your activity.
Can my employer see my phone activity?
No.
Employers cannot see your individual screen time, which apps you use, or your personal phone activity.
Can my employer see whether I'm using DisConnect?
No.
Employers only receive anonymous, aggregate participation information. They cannot see which employees have joined or are actively using DisConnect.
Is my data sold?
No.
We don't sell your personal data.

Is DisConnect mandatory for employees?
No.
Companies typically offer DisConnect as an optional employee benefit. Participation is completely voluntary.
